Portland Place School was founded in 1996 and is a central London day school for boys and girls aged between 10 – 16 years. The academic curriculum, leading to GCSE and A-level, is supplemented by a wide range of dramatic, musical and sporting activities.
Portland Place School has a warm and caring environment where every pupil is recognised as a unique individual. The school strives for excellence both inside and outside the classroom by setting pupils and staff demanding but realistic targets.
David Bradbury, Headmaster
David Bradbury was previously the Deputy Head Academic at South Hampstead High School GDST. Before that he worked in a variety of maintained and international schools in various leadership roles including Assistant Head and Head of Science. He teaches physics and has turned his hand to the other sciences and mathematics at times.
