Senior leaders from the schools, nurseries and colleges across the Group attended a highly
interesting Annual Leadership Conference on the 29th and 30th September.

learning, reflecting on the attributes of great leadership and sharing best practice across the

A ‘Gold Standard’ team of speakers, including our own CEO Mark Hanley-Browne, Professor
Guy Claxton, Tony Little, Dr. Barry Hymer, Geoff Barton and Keith Budge, provided great
insights and food for thought, which led to many fascinating discussions about the very best
teaching and leadership practice.

Even with all the fascinating talks, the highlight of the conference was undoubtedly the
performance by members of the Pembridge Hall School choir, with beautiful singing and a
solo violin performance, which both cheered and charmed all the attendees.
