The Falcons School for Boys, previously known as Falkner House Boys, was founded in 1956 and has established a reputation for being a friendly, caring and highly successful pre-preparatory school for boys aged 3 to 7 years. Its aim is for each child to reach his full potential in a happy and stimulating environment.

Henk Weyers, Acting Head Teacher MrWeyers

Henk Weyers has been a teacher at the Falcons Pre Prep since September 2004, where he initially joined as Head of Sport. He was subsequently promoted to the Senior Management Team, Deputy Head and now Acting Headmaster. Henk gained a wealth of experience from teaching in the UK, Republic of China and South Africa. He has worked in both the state and private sector, as well as across all age ranges from infants to adult education. He completed his teacher training at the Boland Teachers College, South Africa as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management at the Sheffield Hallam University. He is married with two young children.
