Cliff Schools

Cliff was founded in 1939 and joined the Alpha Plus Group in 2004. The school is a happy and caring community where children can grow and develop into confident, responsible and enthusiastic learners. Pupils move on with a high standard of academic attainment behind them. The new Principal, Gordon Milne, believes that "learning should be enjoyable and that teaching should be inspiring". |

Gordon Milne, Headteacher
Gordon Milne is from Scotland originally but graduated in education and history from Leicester University. He has a wealth of experience in the independent sector, having been headteacher of two preparatory schools over the past 17 years before taking over as Principal of Cliff Schools in January 2008. He is a passionate sportsman, playing badminton and tennis at county level. |
