17th December 2007 // Delancey Acquisition Alpha Plus is pleased to announce the acquisition of the company by Delancey, an experienced property fund adviser, from its previous owner Sovereign Capital. The transaction will enable Alpha Plus to invest further in its schools and to use Delancey’s substantial experience in property matters to expand its most popular sites. Alpha Plus is currently one of the largest private education groups in the UK, with 2,800 pupils in its schools and colleges, and is expanding rapidly.
