Tsukanov Scholarships to reward children with high academic and musical potential

The Alpha Plus Group is delighted to announce two new scholarships to be awarded annually and funded by the Tsukanov Trust with effect from September 2012.

The scholarships will be available at one of the following Alpha Trust preparatory schools from the age of 7+ (Year 3 entry):

The scholarships will be awarded on the following criteria:

High academic potential allied to outstanding musical potential
Preference will be given to those with a connection with Russia or another Slavonic nation

The scholarships will normally cover up to 85% fees on a means-tested basis, but might have a token value of 10% and in exceptional circumstances may be enhanced up to 100%.

In addition to the school fees, the scholarships will cover participation in our Trinity Laban-Alpha Plus Saturday music courses.

Tsukanov scholars will be expected to perform with their peers in concerts arranged by the Tsukanov family.

Application forms are available from any of the School’s offices or from Alpha Plus Head Office.

Details of the income scales for enhanced awards and help in completing the financial information required in the bursary section of the application forms are also available from the individual schools.
